- Return Policy
Flow is committed to providing superior quality custom design linens. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase or gift for any reason, please return it for an exchange or merchandise credit. Refund checks will be issued only for items purchased by cash. Refund checks are unavailable on gift orders or purchases made with a gift certificate. You may return flow merchandise by mail. The following policies apply to all returns:
- Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
- Returns with a gift receipt, will be exchanged or refunded for the value indicated on the gift receipt in the form of a merchandise credit.
- Returns without the original purchase receipt, will be exchanged or refunded at the current selling price in the form of a merchandise credit.
- Custom orders are non returnable. A custom order is defined as an order where a customer has selected finishes other than the preselected options.
Returns by Mail
To return an item by mail, please follow the instructions included in the shipping package:
- Complete the Return Form attached to the invoice or gift receipt that accompanied your flow merchandise. In the appropriate box on the Return Form, indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or merchandise credit. Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise.
- If you do not have your original invoice or gift receipt, please include a letter with your returned merchandise that includes the following information:

- Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package to the following address, where your return will be processed according to your instructions:
